Shipping & Delivery

This page covers how cash on delivery works, what delivery costs by region, and what to do if a parcel arrives wrong. If you are reading it before ordering, the piece currently in stock is the waffle-knit henley.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method. You pay nothing when you place the order. The courier collects the full amount - the order plus delivery - in cash when the parcel reaches you.

Please have the exact amount ready where possible, and make sure the phone number on your order is one you will answer. Couriers call before they arrive, and an unanswered call is the most common reason a delivery fails.

Delivery rates

Delivery is charged by region and shown at checkout before you confirm.

Region Governorates Delivery
Greater Cairo Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, 6th of October, Helwan 85 EGP
Lower Egypt Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr el-Sheikh, Gharbia, Monufia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Sharqia, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez, North Sinai, South Sinai, Matrouh 100 EGP

We dispatch from Cairo and deliver across all 29 governorates.

A refused parcel costs both sides, and the usual reason is a size the buyer was not sure about. The size chart gives every size flat, in centimetres, along with a way to check it against a top you already wear.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before assuming the order failed.

Something wrong with your parcel?

Contact us the same day it arrives, with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
