Message us before you order, not after
Sizing is the one thing worth asking about first. Tell us your usual size in a brand you already wear and we will tell you which of ours matches it. Two minutes now beats a return later, and it beats guessing between two sizes when the measurements differ by colour.
What to message us about
- Sizing. Measurements vary between colourways. Black runs shorter in the body than Cream and Heather Grey. Ask and we will point you to the right one.
- Your order. Send the order number and we will tell you where it is.
- A problem with your parcel. Message the same day it arrives, with the order number and a photo.
- Colour and fabric. Screens lie about colour. Ask and we will describe what you are actually getting.
How ordering works
Everything is cash on delivery. You pay nothing when you place the order. The courier collects the full amount, the order plus delivery, when the parcel reaches you.
Keep the phone number on your order reachable. Couriers call before they arrive, and an unanswered call is the most common reason a delivery fails.
